I wish I were out of doors—I wish I were a girl again, half savage and hardy… I'm sure I should be myself were I once among the heather on those hills.
Unsurprising to myself, the last time I blogged from this platform was in August of 2017.
Much like the tangled love story of Wuthering Heights, the last year has been a whirlwind of extreme loss and inspiring romance.
For the longest time, I’d felt lost and defeated, caged by my own failures and heavily effected by the shortcomings of people I’d hoped to rely on. Life was the moore and I my navigation of it was much akin to that of Lockwood.
Confused by the direction of the winds and weighed down by the snows that continuously piled around me.
But I’ve recently come to understand that passion is such an important aspect of human success. And, while it can be scary, it’s important to love what you do.
That being said, Elsa Co Photo will be making our official transition into Fine Art Photography. We will remain working alongside branded, business, and boudoir clients as well as senior portrait photography but, less officially, we will be transitioning out of everything else.
It’s been a journey but creating is my passion.
Cultivating the expression of myself and those around me, as well as sharing our experiences through creative means, is what brings me life.
I’m getting married this December, though. So don’t expect like anything big or cool until the beginning of 2019! <3
